Dinosaur Hill Park Vista (small photo)

     For centuries, the easy companionship of the visual and literary arts has led to the cration of poem-posters, often called broadsides. From folk-song lyrics in Elizabethan England to the '60s poems of Allen Ginsberg, styles have ranged from stand-alone text to phot-and-poem, to sophisticated visual designs completely integrated into the text. The three below are my first efforts. Each is an original poem, to which I've added an appropriate photo taken with my digital camera.
     I have some poster left over from the fundraiser they were created for, and have been offering to give them away, first come, first served. I thought they might be helpful in classrooms, as well as aesthetically pleasing in homes.
